Subsidized Studio Rates:
$40/hr
$200/day (10 hours)
$900/week (7 days)
These rates are for (non-commercial) use only. If you would like to host classes during your studio rental, there may be a slight surcharge depending on the activity and amount of people in the space.
Performance & Event Rental Rates are determined on a case-by-case basis. In your email to us, please detail your needs and we'll be glad to work with you to make sure the space is right for your event.
Our surround sound Bluetooth Sound System as well as a Refrigerator, Toaster & Coffee Machine are included in every Rental. Rentals do not include equipment or materials (with exceptions.)
