In order to develop a wellness routine that is tailored to your individualized needs, Zoe Thomas has created a method of movement practice that integrates elements of Pilates, Corrective Alignment and Yoga, through a Kinesiology-centered lens. Zoe is passionate about the process of exploring progressive exercise to support healthy movement. Growing up with scoliosis, Zoe has a unique understanding of how imbalances can impact movement within the body. Each session of her unique Specialized Pilates sessions incorporates thoughtful exercises to strengthen and support each individual's personal development and overall wellness.

Zoe Thomas

Director of Pilates at LotusWorks • Holistic Movement Practices • Pilates

Zoe Alexandra Thomas, is an experienced Pilates instructor, dancer, and movement enthusiast. Zoe holds a degree from Goucher College in Dance Performance & Arts Administration and is currently pursuing her Masters in Corrective Exercise and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. Additionally, Zoe completed both her Pilates Certification at Balanced Pilates and her Bridge Pilates Certification at Erika Bloom Pilates.

Zoe grew up in Los Angeles, she was trained at Westside Ballet and Los Angeles Ballet where she was introduced to Pilates. After finding out that she had scoliosis, Pilates became an important part of Zoe's wellness routine. Following the completion of her college degree, Zoe moved to New York to pursue a dance career. During that time, she discovered her love for teaching. She has taught ballet, group Pilates classes, and private custom classes - and is excited to be offering her Holistic Movement Practice sessions at LotusWorks.
