Meet the Team

  • Kyra Auffermann

    Practicing for over a decade, Kyra is 500 hr RYT certified through BeBhakti in Beacon, NY. Her approach draws on Vinyasa, Hatha, and Katonah traditions, while incorporating elements including polyvagal theory, fascia release, and guided meditation. A graduate of Boston College with a BA in creative writing and philosophy, Kyra also works as a digital designer, editor, and writer. In her spare time, she enjoys perusing used bookstores, eating good pizza, and appreciating petrichor.

  • Amy Doermann of Sport Mode Herbalism Studio

    A lifelong athlete turned movement instructor, Amy has practiced yoga for 13 years. She has completed 50 hours of training with Katonah Yoga and Sky Ting yoga. She will achieve her 200 hour teaching certificate through Sky Ting in December 2023 with the goal of becoming a Katonah Yoga master trainer.

    Amy is also a Native herbalist. Oglala Lakota & Sioux - her grandmother grew up on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. She holds her 1,000hr studies certificate through the Chestnut School of Herbal medicine and is currently enrolled in Wintergreen Botanicals’ 2023 Advanced Herbalism program.

    Amy explores the intersection of movement and magic by infusing her classes with plant rituals and moves that we can do any time we need a moment of support as we navigate the world.

  • Sara Hart

    Sara Hart and Drew Campbell, aka Artemis Audio & Ayurveda, offering yoga, sound therapy and meditation. Sara Hart is a certified yoga teacher (YTT500) and offers Hatha Yoga classes, workshops, and retreats focused on the Ayurvedic principles of wellness and self care since 2010. When not teaching Sara creates fine art photography and mixed media woods sculptures.

  • Gigi Grace

    Gigi Grace is a multidisciplinary artist and yoga practitioner from upstate New York. With over six years of dedicated yoga practice, she obtained her 200 hour certification during the COVID-19 pandemic and now teaches yoga in the Hudson Valley area. Alongside her yoga journey, Gigi is an accomplished visual artist with a diverse range of skills, including painting, graphic arts, printmaking, and installation. She has participated in numerous shows in New York and internationally and has worked with esteemed curators and institutions. With a passion for both yoga and the visual arts, Gigi brings a unique perspective and creative energy to her endeavors at LotusWorks Art Gallery + Wellness Studio.
